Delivery

Pickup in Kyiv

In Kyiv, you can pick up your order yourself at the address vul. Nestayka 8 (near Levoberezhnaya metro station). You must call 30 minutes before arrival – we will prepare your order.

Delivery by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and Meest

Delivery is carried out by cash on delivery (without prepayment) or with full prepayment to the account. From Monday to Friday, the order is sent on the same day, provided that the order was accepted and confirmed before 16:00.

  • Delivery cost by Nova Poshta to a branch/parcel terminal: from 60 UAH in Kyiv and suburbs, from 80 UAH to other cities of Ukraine and from 105 UAH to urban-type settlements and villages.
  • Cost of delivery by Ukrposhta to the branch: from 40 UAH in Kyiv and the region and from 50 UAH in Ukraine.
  • Cost of Meest delivery to the branch: from 45 UAH in Ukraine.

Delivery in Kyiv by taxi

If you need the order urgently, there is an option to send the goods by taxi with full prepayment. We send within 30 minutes after payment. You pay for taxi services upon receipt of the goods.

Payment

  • Cash or to the account upon receipt of the goods at our pick-up point.
  • Prepayment to the account.
  • Cashless payment.
  • Cash on delivery upon receipt of the parcel. When paying for an order by cash on delivery, the recipient additionally pays the postal operator's commission for the money transfer.

The size of postal operators' commissions:

  • New mail: 20 UAH + 2% from the amount of cash on delivery;
  • Ukrposhta: 2% from the cash on delivery amount, but not less than 10 UAH;
  • Meest: 20 UAH + 2% from the amount of cash on delivery.
