The monopod leg is flexible and rigid – you can turn it in any direction. You need to make an effort to bend the leg. Due to such rigidity, the monopod leg will not bend spontaneously even during the most extreme shooting.
It is possible to detach the flexible monopod from the base and attach the action camera directly to the clip.
The camera can be quickly and easily detached from the monopod to use other accessories.

The action camera is attached to the mount using snap bases (usually comes with an action camera).

This accessory can be used with action cameras with a 1/4 inch thread (such as Sony action cameras) by 1/4" trident adapter.
It is also possible to use this accessory with smartphones via adapter for smartphones.
