1. Green: No metal detected.
2. Orange: metal found in very small quantities.
3. Red: Metal detected.
Sound mode (emits a loud sound signal when metal is detected).
Vibration mode without sound (when metal is detected, it vibrates, but does not make a sound).
Setting the sensitivity level of the metal detector:
- On the right side of the metal detector handle there is a hole with a small screw.
— You can use a small flat-head screwdriver to adjust the sensitivity of the metal detector.
— To increase the sensitivity of the metal detector, turn the screw clockwise.
— To decrease sensitivity, turn the screw counterclockwise.
— You shouldn’t “screw” the sensitivity to the maximum, as the metal detector will falsely react to non-metallic objects.
Powered by a 9V battery.
The metal detector has a low battery warning: when the battery is low, the metal detector will make a sound regardless of whether it detects metal or not. The battery will need to be replaced for further use.
Charger for 9V "crown" batteries.
Safety lanyard on the wrist.
