The aluminum sections of the monopod have a locking mechanism: simply extend the monopod to the desired length and turn the sections counterclockwise. This locking mechanism prevents the monopod from folding or unfolding. This model features a rubberized, textured handle: it will stay in your hand even during extreme or underwater shooting. A durable wrist strap provides additional security for your action camera.
